On its cultural pages the Noorder IJ-krant for Amsterdam Noord invites people to come and see the departure.
The Alfa Romeo forum has picked up The 100 Miles of Amsterdam.

Many newspapers have been approached.
Het Parool, the quality newspaper for greater Amsterdam has been approached. It is likely that they will cover The 100 Miles, especially since the sun of the famous Dutch writer Rudy Kousbroek will be reading a short piece of father’s work.
The Polder Express will be publishing an article so as to make sure that the people living near the midnight stop in Middelie will have a chance to see the cars.
The Wesper Nieuws was very interested and they will not only publish an article, they will be along the road in order to report on the event. It might even come on their local radio station.
The same goes for the Amsterdams Stadsblad. They will certainly pay attention to The 100 Miles and advise the public to go to see the start.
